Cancellation & Refund Policy
Gearfitte believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
• Cancellations will be considered as rescheduling of classes that are booked only if the request is made within 24 hours of the booking.
• There is no cancellation of bookings. There is only rescheduling of the same.
• No rescheduling of classes are entertained for those services that the Gearfitte platform has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, and Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore rescheduling of classes are not possible.

When you buy our services, your purchase is covered by our rescheduling policy. If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your class, we will cheerfully issue a rescheduling. We create and sell our services that we use ourselves every day and have thousands of satisfied customers worldwide, and our support is second to none. That is why we can afford to back our services with this special guarantee. To request a rescheduling, simply contact us with your purchase details within one day (1) day of your purchase. Please include your email and user name (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a rescheduling of class – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our trainers and quality of service.
